  • Cancellation + Return Policy

    There are no cancellations or returns once the order has been received. However, if a problem exists that comes from the company you may exchange an order as long as the hair is still in original packaging and has not been altered. Once delivered customer has 72 hours to contact us to resolve the issue. After 72 hours the purchase is deemed complete.

  • Shipping

    Due to Covid-19, our shipping time has moved to 5-7days lace products 7-10 days. Saturday and Sundays are not included, but depending on the city and state you reside in those days might be available to you. Pretty Hair Extensions only considers Monday-Friday delivery days. Ladies, please make your purchases in accordance with the shipping information to the time frame listed above. Delay on any carrier’s end is not the responsibility of Pretty Hair Extensions

    Once the purchase has been received and payment has cleared we will pack and ship. Tracking numbers will be sent once the package reaches its carrier 7:00 am eastern standard time ( no exceptions) if you click and pay for this option but do it after the cut off time, it will still be considered an overnight shipping purchase, but will be processed the next day.
